  6.         Running the Previous year Backup runs a file called oldyear.bat

  8.         In it you can put any backup commands you wish such as using

  10.         Fastback Plus, the DOS backup command or a tape backup routine.

  13.         A suggestion:  create an archive file of the new previous year
  14.  
  15.         data files (fam##.*, hist##.*, proc##.*) where ## is the last 2 
  16.  
  17.         digits of the year ending and backup zip file. You then automatically
  18.  
  19.         have a double backup - one on your hard disk and one on tape or
  20.  
  21.         floppy disk to take home as fire insurance.
